Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Network Administrator to configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Cisco networks ensuring reliable connectivity and security. The candidate will manage network devices, security measures, and assist IT teams with user

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Cisco and other network devices including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Implement Fortinet firewalls, including traffic filtering, VPNs, and intrusion prevention.
• Monitor network performance, security, and respond to issues.
• Maintain network diagrams, configurations, and incident reports.
• Collaborate with IT teams on projects and provide user support.
• Troubleshoot TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, routing, and security issues.
• Manage backups and restoration of critical devices including routers, switches, DHCP, and Wi-Fi controllers.

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Certifications such as Cisco CCNA (or higher), Fortinet NSE, or equivalent are preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years in network administration.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco switches and Fortinet firewalls.
• SD-WAN knowledge.
• VLAN management, routing and switching expertise.
• Experience managing multiple ISP links and access points.
