Sr. Supply Chain Executive

To manage and support end-to-end supply chain operations, including inventory planning, stock replenishment, order management, and process coordination to ensure smooth and uninterrupted business operations. The role focuses on maintaining inventory accuracy, optimizing stock levels, improving operational workflows, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and standard operating procedures. It also involves supporting billing accuracy, resolving operational issues, maintaining data integrity, and driving process improvements to enhance overall supply chain efficiency and performance.

Education: Bachelor’s/master’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or related discipline

Experience: 2–4 years of experience in Supply Chain, Inventory Management, or Order Management

Job Duties/Tasks/ Responsibilities

• Manage inventory planning, replenishment, and stock availability across multiple locations to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Monitor inventory movements, optimize stock levels, and maintain accurate inventory control.
• Oversee billing accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and support timely month-end closing activities.
• Drive process improvement, automation, and workflow optimization to enhance operational efficiency.
• Maintain audit readiness by ensuring proper documentation, SOP compliance, and internal controls.
• Manage master data accuracy and standardization across systems and operational centres.
• Identify operational risks, resolve supply chain issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Support team development through coordination, guidance, and process improvement initiatives.
