Position Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent for both Technology and BPO functions. This role requires hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment , a strategic mindset, and the ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle , from understanding business needs to onboarding selected candidates.
  • Develop and implement strategic hiring plans for Tech and BPO roles aligned with business objectives.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, job descriptions, and selection criteria.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct initial screenings, competency-based interviews, and manage interview coordination with stakeholders.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics to support continuous improvement and efficiency.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
  • Collaborate with HR and management to strengthen employer branding initiatives and attract top-tier talent.
  • Handle offer management, negotiation, and ensure smooth onboarding processes.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of proven recruitment experience , preferably within BPO and Technology industries.
  • Strong understanding of both technical and operational/BPO hiring dynamics.
  • Excellent sourcing skills with proficiency in using recruitment platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, etc.).
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-driven approach.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
