Position Overview
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced
Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent for both
Technology
and
BPO
functions. This role requires hands-on experience in
end-to-end recruitment
, a strategic mindset, and the ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the
full recruitment lifecycle
, from understanding business needs to onboarding selected candidates.

Develop and implement
strategic hiring plans
for Tech and BPO roles aligned with business objectives.

Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, job descriptions, and selection criteria.

Source candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach.

Conduct initial screenings, competency-based interviews, and manage interview coordination with stakeholders.

Ensure an excellent
candidate experience
throughout the recruitment process.

Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics to support continuous improvement and efficiency.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.

Collaborate with HR and management to strengthen employer branding initiatives and attract top-tier talent.

Handle offer management, negotiation, and ensure smooth onboarding processes.
Qualifications & Skills
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

4–6 years of proven recruitment experience
, preferably within BPO and Technology industries.

Strong understanding of both
technical
and
operational/BPO
hiring dynamics.

Excellent sourcing skills with proficiency in using recruitment platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, etc.).

Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.

Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-driven approach.

Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
