Staff Accountant - Entry Level

We’re looking for an entry‑level Staff Accountant who has recently graduated (or is graduating soon) with a degree in Accounting or a related field and is excited to start their career in a hands‑on, in‑office environment.

This role is designed for someone who wants to learn by doing. You’ll receive training and mentorship from experienced accounting team members while gaining exposure to core accounting functions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, commissions, and month‑end reporting.

If you’re organized, curious, and comfortable learning new systems (including Xero and Monday), this is a great opportunity to build a strong foundation in accounting.

What You’ll Do

Learn Core Accounting Operations

• Help set-up and process accounts payable, including entering invoices, supporting approvals, and weekly payments
• Learn how to perform bank and credit card reconciliations in Xero
• Assist with accounts receivable tasks such as set-up, monthly invoicing, communication, account updates, credits, and payment troubleshooting
• Set-up, and assist with monthly commission calculations and partner support

Month‑End Close & Reporting

• Support the month‑end close process and financial statement preparation for a minimum of three entities.
• Assist with consolidated reporting
• Help prepare documentation needed for audits, reviews and annual tax returns

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Recent graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience (internships welcome)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working fully in-office and learning multiple systems
• Excel proficiency; experience with accounting software (Xero preferred)

This position is an office based role. Amaze is located in the Denver Tech Center at Bellview and I25.

The pay for this position is $59,000 to $65,000 annually.
