Position:Staff Augmentation Recruitment Specialist

Location: Clifton, Karachi

Role Summary

We are looking for a highly capable and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong expertise in Resource/Staff Augmentation, end-to-end recruitment, and the ability to hire both Technical and Non-Technical talent at speed and scale.
The ideal candidate leverages AI-enabled sourcing tools, understands market dynamics, and builds strong talent pipelines aligned with business and client needs.

You will play a critical role in ensuring our teams and clients receive top-quality, pre-vetted talent for short-term, long-term, and project-based engagements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for staff augmentation roles across technical, engineering, IT, digital, and business domains.
  • Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social platforms, referral programs, and headhunting.
  • Build and maintain a strong bench of pre-screened consultants ready for rapid deployment.
  • Understand client requirements, job specs, and project staffing needs; translate them into clear hiring plans.
  • Conduct screening interviews, evaluate technical & soft skills, and coordinate client interviews.
  • Manage candidate onboarding, documentation, rate negotiations, and deployment for augmentation projects.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external clients to ensure staffing alignment.
  • Track recruitment KPIs (TAT, quality of hire, sourcing metrics) and provide weekly hiring reports.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–5+ years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition with exposure to both Technical & Non-Technical recruitment.
  • Strong background in Staff Augmentation and consultant hiring.
  • Hands-on experience with AI recruiting tools, Boolean searches, and digital sourcing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of technical job roles, business functions, and market salary trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to handle fast-paced hiring cycles and deliver under pressure.
