Position Overview

The Staff Augmentation Sales Lead will be responsible for leading all staff augmentation sales efforts from outbound prospecting and marketing outreach to deal closure and revenue growth. You’ll play a critical role in building and managing the sales pipeline, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role may evolve into a leadership position with direct reports based on performance and company growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end sales activities for Medi BillFlo’s staff augmentation services.
  • Identify and engage potential clients through outbound outreach, marketing campaigns, and networking.
  • Manage the full sales funnel, including lead generation, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
  • Track and report on sales performance, pipeline health, and conversion metrics.
  • Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to ensure strong client alignment and service quality.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Potentially manage and mentor a small sales team as the business expands.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in staff augmentation, IT outsourcing, or talent solutions.
  • 5+ years of total sales experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the staff augmentation model and B2B service sales cycle.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
