Standing Seam Engineer

PFC Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Standing Seam Engineer & Project manager with a minimum of 2 years GCC experience to join our dynamic construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, coordinating with contractors and consultants, and delivering projects on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to project specifications, timelines, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and labor teams.
• Interpret drawings and BOQs and ensure the accurate implementation on-site.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and provide updates to the management.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and quality standards.
• Manage site logistics, materials, and labor resources efficiently.
• Assist in resolving any unexpected technical difficulties or other problems that may arise during construction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years GCC experience in a similar role (UAE, KSA, Qatar, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of site execution, structural and finishing works.
• Familiar with local building codes and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and other relevant engineering software.
• Valid UAE driving license is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
