Stock Control Analyst

This role provides operational support in planning and executing daily supply chain activities, including network-based inventory management and control. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate receiving, warehousing, distribution, expediting, logistics, and supply management.

Key Accountabilities

• Assist in developing plans for inventory management, warehouse operations, and logistics.
• Monitor and support daily warehousing activities according to assigned schedules.
• Maintain network-based inventory management by updating, creating, and tracking inventory data throughout the supply chain.
• Monitor items entered into the system and ensure authorized approvals are obtained.
• Inspect goods and receipts, resolving discrepancies and damaged items.
• Liaise with the investment committee for item specifications.
• Monitor purchase orders, delivery dates, and changes in orders or supplies.
• Support expediting purchase orders, customs clearance, and insurance claims.
• Coordinate with end-users for item consumption requests and provide information for evaluations.
• Notify end-users of any delays in deliveries.
• Conduct physical inventory counts and ensure accuracy of quantities and values.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Job Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree OR
• Diploma in Business Administration or related field

Experience:

• 2 years in administration or related field for Bachelor’s holders
• 4 years in administration or related field for Diploma holders

Language Skills:

• English: Advanced
• Arabic: Intermediate

Computer Skills:

• MS Office
• Knowledge of ERP systems is required
