Human Capital HR Solutions (HC) is hiring a skilled Store and Purchase Officer for one of its entities in Sialkot. This role is responsible for inventory management, sourcing, and ensuring smooth procurement operations.

About the Role

The Store and Purchase Officer will play a key role in maintaining accurate inventory records, managing supplier relationships, and executing efficient procurement processes to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels

· Identify and evaluate reliable suppliers for goods and services

· Generate PR, MR, PO, and GRN for procurement activities

· Negotiate prices, terms, and agreements to secure favorable contracts

· Coordinate with vendors to ensure cost-effective purchasing with quality standards

· Create accurate and timely purchase orders

· Monitor order status and ensure on-time delivery

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a relevant field

· 2–3 years of experience in store management, procurement, or purchasing

· Strong communication and negotiation skills

· Ability to manage suppliers and internal stakeholders effectively

· Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills

· Timing: As per mall timing
