Storekeeper | Benchmark Foods

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Storekeeper to join our warehouse operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining efficient inventory control, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with multiple warehouses to ensure smooth stock movement and availability
• Monitor stock levels and organize inventory for efficient storage and retrieval
• Plan and manage loading and deliveries in coordination with the Sales team
• Oversee and ensure proper route loading and dispatch operations
• Maintain warehouse safety and security standards; report any issues to management
• Manage internal stock transfers across warehouses
• Supervise store helpers for proper arrangement and upkeep of cold storage and warehouse premises
• Track near-expiry and non-moving items and share timely reports with Sales and Management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and warehouse best practices

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Storekeeper / Warehouse Assistant (FMCG experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Basic computer knowledge (ERP/WMS experience is an advantage)
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
