As the B2B arm of India’s leading travel platform, MyBiz integrates technology, travel services, and enterprise efficiency—serving over 50,000 corporates and earning recognition as one of the most trusted platforms in the space.


Within the Corporate Business, the Strategic Alliances function plays a pivotal role in expanding the value and reach of MyBiz. Its primary objective is to accelerate product growth and innovation by forging and managing strategic partnerships that complement or extend MyBiz’s capabilities and market presence


About the Role


The incumbent will be responsible for managing and expanding MyBiz’s strategic partnerships to drive go-to-market (GTM) success, product innovation, and overall business growth. The role demands strong program management skills, effective cross-functional collaboration, and a data-driven approach to evaluating and enhancing partnership performance


What will you be doing



  • Program Management & GTM Execution
  • Own and manage existing alliance relationships to ensure effective GTM execution and business impact. Coordinate with internal teams (product, marketing, sales, operations) and external stakeholders to deliver joint initiatives aligned with business objectives. Drive partner enablement and ensure timely rollout of co-branded campaigns, product integrations, and joint offerings.


  • Partnership Development
  • Identify and onboard new alliance partners across travel, fintech, tech, and adjacent ecosystems. Lead negotiations and structure win-win partnership models that enhance MyBiz’s value proposition.


  • Performance Tracking & Process Excellence
  • Build robust processes to track partnership performance, growth metrics, and consumer experience KPIs. Regularly review and optimize alliance strategies based on data insights and market feedback


Qualification & Experience


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputed institute with 4–8 years of experience in alliance management, business development, or strategic partnerships.
  • Proven track record of managing GTM programs and cross-functional stakeholder alignment
