Strategic Associate

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, analytical, and high-performing Strategic Associate who can work across departments and handle diverse responsibilities. The ideal candidate must be a graduate from LUMS or LSE with exceptional ability to manage cross-functional tasks and support high-level strategic initiatives.

This position offers an opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, contribute to key company projects, and take ownership of operational and strategic activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support strategic initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Product, HR, Operations, and Finance.
• Conduct research, gather data, and prepare reports, insights, and presentations.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure timely progress on deliverables.
• Assist in project execution, tracking KPIs, and identifying process gaps.
• Manage high-priority tasks and follow-ups assigned by senior leadership.
• Work on ad-hoc requests, problem-solving tasks, and cross-team collaboration.
• Participate in meetings, prepare action items, and ensure task closure.
• Maintain confidentiality and operate with high professionalism.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from LUMS or LSE is mandatory.
• 0–3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment (consulting, SaaS, tech, startup, corporate).
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Strong ability to multitask, think critically, and solve problems.
• High level of adaptability — comfortable taking up diverse responsibilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Strong sense of ownership and professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
