Strategy Associate

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES

General

· Deal Origination and Execution: Identify, evaluate, and execute business opportunities in the cryptocurrency market.

· Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to inform strategy, identifying trends and opportunities in the crypto space.

· Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to optimize deal flow and maximize value for the organization.

· Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, and partners.

· Due Diligence: Perform detailed due diligence on potential deals, including financial analysis, risk assessment, and compliance checks.

· Data Room Preparation: Prepare and manage data rooms for potential investors, ensuring all necessary documents and information are accurate and up to date.

· Investor Reports: Prepare comprehensive investor reports to keep stakeholders informed of deal progress and organization performance.

· Coordination: Ensure smooth deal execution by coordinating with lawyers, internal and external stakeholders, and relevant parties.

· Company Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders, including investors and board members.

· Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed reports and presentations to support deal proposals and management decisions.

· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including legal, compliance, and finance, to ensure smooth execution of deals.

· Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest developments in the cryptocurrency market and continuously improve strategies and processes.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

· 4+ years of experience in consulting or strategy roles, preferably within a high-growth startup environment. Experience in the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry is highly desirable.
