KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Business Strategy & Planning

• Conduct market, competitor, and financial research.
• Develop business plans, growth strategies, and execution roadmaps.
• Build strategy decks, frameworks, and planning documents.

2. Systems & Process Architecture

• Create SOPs, workflows, and operational systems.
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
• Develop dashboards, trackers, and management systems for teams.

3. Real Estate Strategy (If applicable)

• Prepare feasibility reports, costing, ROI models, and pricing strategies.
• Assist with sales planning, marketing alignment, and project documentation.
• Support customer experience, branding, and channel partner activation.

4. Financial & Data Analysis

• Build financial models, cost sheets, project budgets, and P&L simulations.
• Perform sensitivity analysis, forecasting, and revenue planning.
• Deliver clear analytical insights for leadership decision-making.

5. Leadership & Execution Enablement

• Coordinate across sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams.
• Track deliverables, KPIs, follow-ups, and weekly performance reviews.
• Support senior leaders with structured strategy execution.

6. Research, Documentation & Thought Leadership

• Prepare whitepapers, reports, presentations, and strategic documents.
• Analyze industry trends and emerging opportunities.
• Contribute to the company’s knowledge base and frameworks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
