The
Strategy & Operations Lead
is a cross-functional, high-ownership role responsible for supporting leadership across business planning, growth initiatives, strategic communication, branding, coordination, and execution enablement.
The Strategy & Operations Lead is expected to independently lead complex workstreams, engage with senior stakeholders, coordinate across internal and external teams, including creative and digital functions and ensure delivery of enterprise-grade outputs aligned with global best practices.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Planning, Coordination & Enablement

Support leadership in structuring business priorities, initiatives, and execution plans

Contribute to business planning, road-mapping, and tracking of key initiatives

Bring structure and clarity to cross-functional activities and timelines
2. Growth & Strategic Initiatives

Support growth initiatives across market positioning, offerings, partnerships, and expansion

Translate high-level direction into actionable plans and coordinated execution

Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities impacting growth and scale
3. Strategic Communication, Branding & Digital Presence
Own and shape strategic communication narratives across:

Corporate and digital communication assets
Work closely with and guide graphic design and creative teams to ensure:

4. Cross-Functional Leadership & Quality Control
