We are seeking a creative, motivated college student with an interest in marketing, branding, and social media to join our team as a Part-Time Receptionist & Social Media Marketing Assistant. This unique role blends front desk responsibilities with hands-on experience in digital marketing within a high-end plastic surgery practice and accredited outpatient surgery center.
This position is ideal for students looking to build real-world experience in social media strategy, content creation, and brand development while gaining exposure to the business side of a medical practice.
Key Responsibilities:Front Desk & Office Support:- Greet and assist patients in a professional, welcoming manner
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage front desk operations
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)
- Support daily administrative tasks and overall office workflow
Marketing & Social Media:- Create, schedule, and manage content for Facebook and Instagram
- Assist in developing and executing social media marketing strategies
- Monitor engagement, respond to messages/comments, and help grow online presence
- Capture and organize photo/video content (before & afters, office culture, educational posts)
- Assist with paid social media advertising campaigns (FB/IG ads)
- Track basic analytics and performance of campaigns
- Help maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms
