Student Recruitment Officer

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Student Recruitment Officer to join our team at EM Normandie Business School, Dubai. The ideal candidate will focus on generating high-quality leads, driving conversions, and expanding business development opportunities to meet the institution's enrolment targets and growth objectives.

This role requires a proactive individual with exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills who can develop strategic partnerships, create lead-generation campaigns, and foster long-term relationships with prospective students and stakeholders.

The Student Recruitment Officer is responsible for developing and implementing student recruitment and marketing strategies for the EM Normandie Business School. This includes identifying and targeting key student markets, developing and managing recruitment & marketing campaigns, and tracking and analysing the results of all recruitment activities.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing and student recruitment best practices, as well as experience in admissions and enrolment management.

Key Responsibilities:

Student Recruitment, Lead Generation & Conversion:

· Develop and implement innovative strategies to generate high-quality leads across various channels, including digital marketing, events, and partnerships.

· Conduct outreach activities, including school visits, career fairs, webinars, and info sessions, to promote the institution and its programs.

· Manage and nurture leads through the recruitment funnel, ensuring a high level of engagement and follow-up.

· Utilize CRM tools to monitor, analyse, and report lead generation and conversion performance.

· Coordinating and managing recruitment activities for the designated source markets.

· Actively support the student recruitment team during recruitment events like Open days, Alumni and community engagement events, and information sessions/Open days.

  • Work with academic and professional colleagues to develop and deliver marketing materials for specific courses and programs.
  • Liaise with external partners, such as schools and colleges, to promote the university's courses and programs.

· Attend college fairs, high school visits, and community events to promote the EM Normandie Business School and other marketing events.

· Conduct guided campus tours for prospective students, families, and visitors.

· Ensure that all information required to support an application to the EM Normandie Business School Dubai is complete as required.

· In advising Prospective Students and dissemination of information, must take all reasonable measures to ensure that the information provided to Prospective Students, and applicants is accurate, complete, and not misleading and that any representations, whether express or implied, about the outcomes associated with undertaking a course of study, eligibility for acceptance into another course of study or employment outcomes are not false or misleading.

· Staff shall not engage in any false, misleading, or deceptive conduct and shall carry out its obligations in a professional manner and with due care and skill and act honestly and in good faith in all dealings with Prospective Students, applicants, the EM Normandie Business School Dubai and any third parties in the course of carrying out its obligations under this Agreement.

· Staff comply with all laws in force in their home country and the UAE, including applicable codes of practice for the recruitment of students during the term of this Agreement.

The ideal candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, mrketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 of experience of relevant experience in a student recruitment, sales or customer service role with the ability to work towards recruitment targets with a strong understanding of the recruitment cycle and recruitment timelines.
  • Career background in marketing, project management, and content production.
  • Digital marketing and international marketing experience would be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Languages known: English, Arabic, French and Russian
  • Enthusiasm for the EM Normandie Business School and a genuine interest in helping others.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude, punctuality, and professionalism.

Compensation and Benefits:

UAE work visa, medical insurance, and annual leave as per the UAE labor law.
