Job Overview

Red Star Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Cold Caller to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential clients, generating qualified leads, and creating opportunities for the sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, confidence, persistence, and the ability to build rapport with prospects over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective customers and businesses.
  • Introduce company products and services professionally and effectively.
  • Identify customer needs and qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and lead information in CRM systems.
  • Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and increase conversion opportunities.
  • Handle objections professionally and provide relevant information to prospects.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
  • Stay updated on company offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Fluent English communication (additional languages are a plus).
  • Ability to work independently and achieve performance targets.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and a goal-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in cold calling, lead generation, telemarketing, or sales outreach.
  • Experience working with international clients is an advantage.
  • Understanding of sales pipelines and customer relationship management.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
