Assist in managing daily restaurant operations.

Mentor, coach, and develop FOH staff to ensure excellent customer service.

Act as the link between management and staff.

Ensure efficient and profitable management of the restaurant by following directions from superiors.

Participate in management and departmental meetings.

Keep management updated on restaurant issues and seek input when required.

Ensure accurate stock takes as per company standards.

Cover floor supervisors during leave or emergencies.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and government regulations.

Supervise opening and closing of the restaurant.

Oversee cleanliness, lighting, machinery, and equipment performance.

Maintain safe working conditions and resolve safety concerns.

Ensure staff grooming and uniform standards.

Manage staff schedules and rotation of new employees/trainees.

Motivate, train, and support staff development.

Handle guest complaints and problems effectively.

Perform other duties as assigned.
