Supervisor cum Site Inspector

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of facilities, including buildings, HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, civil, and other mechanical installations.
• Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities carried out by in-house teams or external contractors.
• Ensure maintenance and repair works comply with safety regulations, company standards, and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Inspect workmanship, materials, and equipment used in maintenance works for compliance with specifications.
• Verify completion of scheduled maintenance activities and validate contractors’ performance reports.
• Record inspection findings, prepare reports, and recommend corrective or improvement measures.
• Identify defects, potential hazards, and maintenance issues and escalate them promptly to the Facilities Manager.
• Support asset condition assessments and lifecycle analysis of equipment and building components.
• Coordinate with service providers and contractors to ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues.
• Participate in safety audits, risk assessments, and energy efficiency inspections.
• Maintain inspection logs, records, and documentation for audits and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety requirements, and environmental standards
• Prepare daily schedule for team members
• Manage & meet up with clients' requirements for maintenance issues, & Amc clients
• Train new staff & provide technical support and guidance
• Prepare scope of work
• Pricing & quotations, follow up on payment & Renewal
• Lease with marketing team to post the ads and run campaigns
• Conduct interviews on hiring technical teams
• Assist in the preparation of snag lists and follow up on their rectification.
• Communication and Stakeholder Management.
• Maintain effective communication with the project manager, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Represent the company professionally.

Requirements & Skills

• 1-2 years of experience in the same field
