Job Summary:

The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for supporting the end-to-end flow of goods, materials, and information within the supply chain. The role ensures that procurement, logistics, warehousing, and inventory operations run efficiently to meet customer and business requirements on time and at the best cost.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily supply chain operations between procurement, logistics, and sales teams.
• Track and monitor purchase orders, shipments, and delivery schedules.
• Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and warehouse teams to ensure timely receipt and dispatch of goods.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and update ERP systems accordingly.
• Prepare and analyze reports on stock movement, delivery performance, and supplier lead times.
• Support demand forecasting and replenishment planning activities.
• Resolve discrepancies in shipments, invoices, and inventory data.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, import/export regulations, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with finance to verify supplier invoices and logistics costs.
• Identify areas for process improvement within the supply chain workflow.
