Supply Chain Executive

Position Overview:

This person will be responsible for managing procurement and supply planning across primary and secondary packaging materials, ensuring seamless coordination with suppliers and manufacturers for timely deliveries aligned with demand and supply plans. The position will also track sales performance across marketplace channels to support accurate demand forecasting, monitor inventory levels and SLOB across own and marketplace warehouses, and maintain key supply planning KPIs to ensure optimal inventory health and availability.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage procurement of primary and secondary packaging materials
2. Coordinate with Suppliers and Manufacturers to ensure timely deliveries of goods based on Supply plans
3. Maintain and track Sales performance for different marketplace channels and make recommendations for demand forecasting
4. Track inventory levels, SLOB inventory at own warehouses and marketplace warehouses 5. Maintain and track key performance indicators related to supply planning

Requirements:

1. Hands-on experience in Data management- Using Excel
2. Experience in vendor management

Good to have:

1. Previous experience with any Supply planning tool
2. Previous experience with ERP/OMS or WMS
3. Previous experience with BI tools - Data Studio, Tableau, Power B
