JOB SUMMARY:
The Supply Chain Executive will play a key role in managing the company’s logistics and supply chain operations to enhance overall business performance. The individual will collaborate across departments to develop, streamline, and maintain efficient, process-driven operations that align with the company’s long-term strategic goals.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage day-to-day procurement and logistics operations to ensure smooth supply flow.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of supplier dispatches and deliveries.
• Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and Amazon to resolve shipment-related issues promptly.
• Monitor and manage customer returns, ensuring timely processing and documentation.
• Conduct monthly inventory reconciliation by verifying stock against invoices and sales data.
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports on supply chain performance and customer returns.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Required)
• Strong data analysis, manipulation, and presentation abilities (Required)
• Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving skills (Required)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Required)
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities with effective task prioritization (Preferred)
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau (Preferred)

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain operations (Required)
• Experience with Amazon Marketplace and/or E-commerce operations (_Preferred)_

EDUCATION:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• BBA in Supply Chain Management preferred

COMPENSATION:

• Market-competitive salary package, & other Benefits.

JOB TYPE:

• Full-time — Monday to Friday, 12 pm to 9 pm, with alternate working Saturdays, 10 am to 7 pm.
• Candidates must be able to commute reliably to the office on a daily basis
• Only Karachi-based candidates will be considered for interviews
