Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic Supply Chain Planning
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business goals.
- Forecast demand and plan material requirements based on sales and production schedules.
- Implement systems and KPIs for efficient supply chain performance.
2. Procurement & Vendor Management
- Oversee fabric and raw material sourcing strategies in collaboration with the Purchase Head.
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships for timely and cost-effective material availability.
- Ensure procurement aligns with quality, price, and lead-time targets.
3. Production & Material Planning
- Coordinate closely with production, design, and sales teams to align material inflow with manufacturing schedules.
- Monitor material flow to ensure on-time availability and avoid production bottlenecks.
- Implement MRP (Material Requirement Planning) and inventory optimization techniques.
4. Inventory & Warehouse Management
- Supervise warehousing operations — receiving, storage, and dispatch of fabrics and finished goods.
- Ensure accurate stock control through ERP/WMS systems.
- Optimize warehouse space, handling efficiency, and safety standards.
5. Logistics & Distribution Management
- Oversee transportation, dispatch planning, and customer deliveries.
- Negotiate and manage logistics partners to ensure cost efficiency and on-time deliveries.
- Track shipment performance and resolve supply chain disruptions promptly.
6. Cost Optimization & Efficiency Improvement
- Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities across procurement, logistics, and inventory.
- Standardize supply chain processes for efficiency and transparency.
- Drive digitization and automation in supply chain operations.
7. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with Production, Purchase, Sales, and Finance departments to ensure seamless supply chain execution.
- Provide regular MIS and reports on supply chain metrics to senior management.
8. Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and build a strong cross-functional supply chain team.
- Set performance targets, review achievements, and develop team capabilities.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or Textile Technology (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 12–18 years of experience in end-to-end supply chain management, preferably in textile, fabric, or manufacturing industries, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven record of driving operational efficiency and cost optimization across supply chain functions.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
