Supply Chain & Restaurant Operations Assistant (Night Shift)

This role supports the full supply chain and restaurant cost control process. The assistant will manage vendor coordination, daily purchasing records, system updates, and help maintain strong cost control for the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

Purchasing & Vendor Coordination

• Coordinate and place daily orders with suppliers
• Review vendor invoices daily and enter them into the restaurant software
• Maintain a detailed log of all invoices and amounts
• Compare item prices daily with previous rates and market levels
• Discuss and resolve price changes or discrepancies with vendors
• Research and evaluate new vendors to maintain quality and competitive pricing
• Maintain professional communication with vendors

Inventory & Cost Control

• Monitor food cost daily
• Identify and investigate reasons for any food cost increase
• Keep accurate records of purchase trends and stock value
• Support inventory checks and internal controls

Sales & Reporting

• Enter daily sales into the restaurant software
• Share daily sales reports and purchase logs with management

Communication & Professionalism

• Maintain strong written and verbal English communication for vendor and internal coordination
• Prepare clear reports and updates for management

Skills Required

• Good written and verbal English communication
• Basic understanding of supply chain or restaurant operations
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping
• Good communication and follow-up skills
• Competent in Excel/Google Sheets and restaurant software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
