Support Officer / Receptionist – US Law Firm

Location: DHA Phase 8, Lahore (On-site)
Shift: Night Shift (US Hours) 05PM - 02AM PST

We are seeking a proactive and well-spoken Support Officer / Receptionist to manage front-line communication with US-based clients. The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills, experience in handling international clients, and the ability to coordinate effectively across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and inquiries from US clients with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Provide front-desk/reception support tailored to US operations.
  • Perform case intake: register new cases accurately (case type, client details, SKU, estimated value, payments).
  • Maintain and update client records in CRM systems; verify/correct data for accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assign cases to production team members, track progress, and ensure seamless workflow between intake and execution.
  • Schedule appointments, manage follow-ups, and coordinate with internal departments for timely service.
  • Monitor case values/payments, flag discrepancies, and assist with basic revenue/case tracking reports.
  • Generate daily/weekly summaries of active/completed cases and maintain audit-ready spreadsheets/logs.
  • Act as the primary internal point of contact for case queries and follow-ups

What we're looking for:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (essential).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational & multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid english written and verbal communication.
  • Plus: Experience in operations, reception, data management, or case/CRM systems.

Requirements:

  • 0–1 year of experience in customer support, receptionist, or client-facing role (US clients preferred).
  • Exceptional English communication skills (spoken & written).
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools.
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in night shift (US hours).

Education:

  • O/A Levels or equivalent

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • customer support/receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
