Talent Acquisition & Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Post job advertisements on various platforms and maintain recruitment databases.
  • Conduct reference checks and ensure smooth communication with candidates.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
  • Coordinate with HR/PRO for offers, visa processing, and joining formalities.

Administration & HR Support:

  • Handle daily office administration, including correspondence, filing, and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor law.
  • Support payroll preparation by providing data on attendance, leaves, and overtime.
  • Manage office supplies, service providers, and facility needs.
  • Organize company events, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Prepare reports, letters, and presentations for management as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to employees and act as a liaison between staff and management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (2–4 years) in recruitment and administration, preferably in the UAE.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and UAE labor law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
