Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Post job advertisements on various platforms and maintain recruitment databases.
- Conduct reference checks and ensure smooth communication with candidates.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
- Coordinate with HR/PRO for offers, visa processing, and joining formalities.
Administration & HR Support:
- Handle daily office administration, including correspondence, filing, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor law.
- Support payroll preparation by providing data on attendance, leaves, and overtime.
- Manage office supplies, service providers, and facility needs.
- Organize company events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Prepare reports, letters, and presentations for management as needed.
- Provide administrative support to employees and act as a liaison between staff and management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (2–4 years) in recruitment and administration, preferably in the UAE.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and UAE labor law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
