Responsibilities

  • Schedule a high volume of interviews (35–70 per week), including panels and candidate travel arrangements
  • Coordinate availability with hiring managers, recruiters, and interviewers to ensure efficient scheduling
  • Reserve conference rooms and send timely confirmations to candidates
  • Support onboarding processes: schedule orientation, coordinate background checks, and handle fingerprinting for Florida hires
  • Manage and update job postings in the Applicant Tracking System (Workday)

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in a fast-paced administrative support role
  • Strong scheduling skills and ability to manage multiple calendars and priorities under tight deadlines (Outlook)
  • Customer service-oriented with a focus on delivering an exceptional candidate experience
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proactive problem-solver with the ability to adapt quickly to changes
