Responsibilities

Schedule a high volume of interviews (35–70 per week), including panels and candidate travel arrangements

Coordinate availability with hiring managers, recruiters, and interviewers to ensure efficient scheduling

Reserve conference rooms and send timely confirmations to candidates

Support onboarding processes: schedule orientation, coordinate background checks, and handle fingerprinting for Florida hires

Manage and update job postings in the Applicant Tracking System (Workday)
Requirements
-
2–3 years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in a fast-paced administrative support role

Strong scheduling skills and ability to manage multiple calendars and priorities under tight deadlines (Outlook)

Customer service-oriented with a focus on delivering an exceptional candidate experience

High attention to detail and accuracy
