Key Responsibilities – Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Coordination, HR Support

  • Recruitment Process Coordination: Support the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Assist in sourcing and screening promising talent using a variety of channels, such as job boards, social media, and internal databases.
  • Interview Logistics: Organize and coordinate interviews, assessments, and feedback sessions between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Onboarding Support: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires by preparing documentation and guiding them through initial orientation activities.
  • Employer Branding: Represent Nice one’s values by delivering an outstanding candidate experience and championing our inclusive culture in all interactions.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate recruitment records, compile reports, and support continuous improvement of hiring processes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with HR, business units, and hiring managers to ensure recruitment goals are met while aligning with company values.
  • Compliance: Adhere to company policies, local labor laws, and best practices, upholding Nice one’s commitment to fairness and diversity.

Required Skills and Qualifications – Tamheer Internship, HR, and Recruitment

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Eligibility for the Tamheer Program in Saudi Arabia (no previous Tamheer participation; not currently employed in the public or private sector).
  • Strong interest in talent acquisition and HR best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable with HR/recruitment tools.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a gender-neutral environment.
  • Demonstrates integrity, confidentiality, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
