About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Talent Acquisition & Brand Executive to manage the full recruitment cycle and strengthen our employer brand. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, strong communication skills, and a talent for building meaningful candidate relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Sourcing

  • Manage the complete recruitment process — from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer coordination.
  • Identify and engage top talent through online platforms, networks, and proactive sourcing strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure timely and professional communication with all candidates to enhance the candidate experience.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with hiring managers to align on requirements and finalize selections.
  • Ensure job descriptions (JDs) are accurate, updated, and aligned with role expectations.

Employer Branding & Outreach

  • Support employer branding initiatives through social media and recruitment marketing activities.
  • Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and liaise with university career placement offices.
  • Represent the company professionally to attract and retain high-quality talent.

Data & Reporting

  • Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring dashboards.
  • Prepare regular recruitment progress reports and analytics for management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
