Talent Acquisition & Executive Assistant – Sales Recruiting

We are expanding into our new Class A Deerfield Beach office and building a 70-seat high-performance sales floor. We are seeking a confident, professional, and highly organized Talent Acquisition & Executive Assistant to support recruiting efforts while assisting leadership with day-to-day operations.

This is an on-site role in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. You will be the first point of contact for prospective licensed agents and play a critical role in helping us build a strong, elite sales team.

This position is ideal for someone ambitious, polished, and eager to grow into a full-cycle recruiter or leadership support role as the company continues to scale.

For the right person, our aggressive bonus structure is designed to easily double your annual income. If you can produce, you’ll get paid — period.

Key Responsibilities

Recruiting & Talent Coordination

  • Post and manage job ads across hiring platforms
  • Review and filter incoming applications daily
  • Conduct initial phone screenings with licensed sales agents
  • Evaluate communication skills, confidence, and professionalism
  • Schedule qualified candidates for interviews
  • Maintain organized applicant tracking and follow-up
  • Track recruiting metrics and hiring progress

Executive & Administrative Support

  • Assist leadership with scheduling and coordination
  • Organize internal documents and communications
  • Support operational and hiring initiatives
  • Maintain professionalism in all candidate interactions
  • Handle confidential information with discretion

You will not initially conduct final interviews or make hiring decisions — your primary focus will be screening, qualifying, coordinating, and maintaining an organized hiring pipeline.

Qualifications

  • Strong and confident phone presence
  • Professional communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable speaking with sales professionals
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Reliable and punctual

Preferred but not required:

  • Experience in recruiting, HR, sales support, or administration
  • Experience managing job postings
  • Familiarity with CRM or applicant tracking systems
