DeskFrnd is a UK-registered outsourcing company that supports UK recruitment agencies and facility management clients. We are seeking a Recruitment Support Specialist to assist with candidate sourcing, screening, and communication for our UK projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist UK recruitment managers with candidate searches using LinkedIn, job boards, and databases.
• Conduct first-level screening calls and schedule interviews.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and spreadsheets.
• Use recruitment software (Recruit So Simple, CV Library, Arez, spreadsheets, Aircall, LinkedIn).
• Ensure excellent communication and follow-ups with candidates.
• Support documentation and reporting requirements.

Requirements

• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
• 1–2 years’ experience in recruitment support, HR, or customer service preferred.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms is a plus.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask.
• Onsite availability in Pakistan.

• Type: Full-time, Onsite (Pakistan)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
