Position Overview :-
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Talent Acquisition Leader to oversee the end-to-end recruitment function. The role demands a dynamic professional with a proven track record in managing recruitment teams, building client relationships, and driving innovative hiring strategies aligned with organizational goals. This is a client-facing role that requires strategic thinking, leadership, and deep market understanding to ensure timely and high-quality talent delivery.
Key Responsibilities :-
1. Strategic Leadership
- Design and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with business leaders and senior stakeholders to forecast hiring needs and workforce plans.
- Drive recruitment excellence by establishing data-driven and scalable hiring processes.
- Ensure alignment of recruitment goals with overall business and talent strategy.
2. Client and Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients and internal business heads.
- Understand client business goals, talent requirements, and culture to deliver tailored hiring solutions.
- Provide regular market insights, hiring trends, and competitive intelligence to clients and leadership teams.
- Maintain strong client relationships ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
3. Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets and maintain performance excellence.
- Provide coaching, training, and skill development to ensure professional growth of team members.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
4. Full-Cycle Recruitment
- Oversee and manage the complete recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing to offer management.
- Ensure seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Manage senior and niche mandates through direct sourcing, referrals, and strategic headhunting.
5. Sourcing and Candidate Generation
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify top talent across industries.
- Utilize a mix of traditional and modern sourcing channels — job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and social media.
- Drive proactive talent mapping and pipeline development for critical and leadership roles.
- Build and maintain a network of passive candidates for future opportunities.
6. Process Improvement
- Continuously evaluate and enhance recruitment processes to improve efficiency, quality, and turnaround time.
- Implement best practices and leverage technology for data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
7. Reporting & Analytics
- Track, analyze, and present key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
- Provide insights to management for data-backed decision-making.
- Prepare periodic reports on recruitment performance and market dynamics.

- Proven experience in strategic and high-volume recruitment.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment operations and workforce planning.

- Hands-on experience with modern ATS tools and sourcing platforms.

Educational Qualification :-
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Additional certifications in HR or Talent Acquisition will be an added advantage.
