Talent Acquisition Manager | MAF Retail | Head office Egypt
ROLE SUMMARY
The Talent Acquisition Manager will oversee the full recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and effective hiring experience. This role requires regional exposure, managing talent acquisition across multiple areas, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to align hiring strategies with business needs.
ROLE PROFILE

Work collaboratively with the internal stakeholders such as the Talent Acquisition Director, and Talent Sourcing to ensure optimum recruitment strategies are applied to each search.

Advise hiring managers on best practices, policies, and procedures throughout the hiring journey, Align Talent Acquisition strategies with business goals.

Oversee the recruitment process for Retail Egypt (professionals and mass hiring), ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience.

Having regional exposure to effectively navigate diverse markets and stakeholders.

Participating in projects like employer branding to enhance our talent attraction strategies.

Implement and monitor key performance metrics to ensure the effectiveness of the Talent Acquisition function.

Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process. Implement localization strategies.

Stay updated with the latest trends in talent acquisition and regularly review and refine recruitment processes with the Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence.
REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or any relevant field.

5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.

Experience in multinational companies is a must.

Exeprience in mass hiring is a must.

Regional experience is preffered.

Strong stakeholder management and Business Communications skills

Excellent knowledge of recruitment tools and Interviewing skills / techniques.
