ROLE SUMMARY

The Talent Acquisition Manager will oversee the full recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and effective hiring experience. This role requires regional exposure, managing talent acquisition across multiple areas, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to align hiring strategies with business needs.


ROLE PROFILE

  • Work collaboratively with the internal stakeholders such as the Talent Acquisition Director, and Talent Sourcing to ensure optimum recruitment strategies are applied to each search.
  • Advise hiring managers on best practices, policies, and procedures throughout the hiring journey, Align Talent Acquisition strategies with business goals.
  • Oversee the recruitment process for Retail Egypt (professionals and mass hiring), ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience.
  • Having regional exposure to effectively navigate diverse markets and stakeholders.
  • Participating in projects like employer branding to enhance our talent attraction strategies.
  • Implement and monitor key performance metrics to ensure the effectiveness of the Talent Acquisition function.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process. Implement localization strategies.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in talent acquisition and regularly review and refine recruitment processes with the Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or any relevant field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • Experience in multinational companies is a must.
  • Exeprience in mass hiring is a must.
  • Regional experience is preffered.
  • Strong stakeholder management and Business Communications skills
  • Excellent knowledge of recruitment tools and Interviewing skills / techniques.
