Position Overview:

The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract, engage, and retain top talent across clinical, scientific, operational, and corporate functions within the CRO domain. The incumbent will play a key role in building a robust talent pipeline, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience, and partnering closely with business leaders to meet strategic hiring objectives in a highly competitive life sciences market.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Talent Acquisition

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals and CRO industry standards.
  • Partner with business leaders and department heads to forecast staffing needs and workforce planning.
  • Drive proactive talent mapping and pipeline creation for niche roles in clinical research, regulatory affairs, data management, pharmacovigilance, biostatistics, and project management.

End-to-End Recruitment

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels — job portals, professional networks, social media, referrals, and headhunting — to attract high-caliber talent.
  • Ensure timely and efficient hiring processes while maintaining compliance with GCP, ICH, and regulatory guidelines.


Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

  • Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice in the CRO and life sciences sector.
  • Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Represent the organization at industry forums, job fairs, and campus drives.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Life Sciences, or related discipline.
  • 8–12 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a CRO, Pharmaceutical, or Biotech organization.
  • Proven experience in hiring for scientific and technical positions such as Clinical Operations, Pharmacovigilance, Biostatistics, and Regulatory Affairs.
