Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic hiring plans for BPO operations across multiple functions and levels
  • Lead a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and performance management
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce needs and role requirements
  • Drive sourcing efforts through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and campus hiring
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience from screening to offer rollout and onboarding
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to leadership
  • Maintain compliance with hiring policies, diversity goals, and labor regulations
  • Build employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in the BPO industry

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in BPO hiring, preferably in a high-volume recruitment environment
  • Strong understanding of voice, non-voice, and support role requirements
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in ATS systems, sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field
