Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for critical and volume logistics roles, including operations, warehousing, transportation, and supply chain functions.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure the best talent fit.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce plans.
  • Provide expert guidance on market conditions, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
  • Coordinate interview processes and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional experience for all candidates throughout the hiring journey.
  • Communicate effectively and maintain timely follow-ups with candidates.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and metrics using the ATS.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and enhance hiring efficiency.
  • Prepare regular reports on hiring progress, pipeline status, and market trends.
