Shift Timing: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (US Hours)

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment function for US-based non-technical roles.

Position Overview:

The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead, inspire, and manage a team of recruiters focused on hiring for US-based positions. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, people-driven leader, and recruitment expert with strong experience in the US market.

This is a remote opportunity for female professionals who are comfortable working night shifts aligned with US business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of recruiters to achieve monthly and quarterly hiring targets.
• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies tailored to the US market.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding coordination.
• Hire for non-technical roles including Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and Operations.
• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience.
• Track recruitment KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and optimize processes.
• Train, mentor, and develop recruitment team members.
• Implement best practices in sourcing, employer branding, and talent pipelining.

Requirements

• 7+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership/management role.
• Proven track record of hiring for the US market, especially non-technical roles.
• Strong expertise in sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other US job boards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong leadership, team-building, and performance management abilities.
• Comfortable working night shifts.
