Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sourcing, evaluating, and hiring high-caliber talent, with a particular emphasis on real estate recruitment. This role involves developing innovative sourcing strategies, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and elevating our employer brand to attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing:

Utilize a variety of recruitment channels including job boards, social media platforms, referrals, and industry networking to engage and attract high-quality candidates.

  • Candidate Screening:

Review resumes and conduct thorough phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, cultural fit, and motivation.

  • Interview Coordination:

Organize and manage interview schedules in collaboration with hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience.

  • Employer Branding:

Promote HJ Real Estate as a top employer through social media campaigns, participation in job fairs, and other recruitment events to enhance our employer brand.

  • Job Descriptions:

Create compelling and accurate job descriptions that clearly communicate role requirements and attract suitable candidates.

  • Offer Management & Onboarding:

Oversee the offer process, including salary and benefits negotiations, and facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with hiring managers to understand departmental staffing needs, develop tailored sourcing strategies, and ensure alignment on candidate profiles.

  • Data Tracking & Reporting:

Maintain precise records of candidate pipelines, recruitment metrics, and provide regular updates to management on hiring progress.

  • Continuous Improvement:

Stay informed on best practices in talent acquisition, actively seek innovative recruitment solutions, and implement process improvements to enhance effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally within the real estate sector.
  • Proven expertise in sourcing strategies, candidate evaluation, and employer branding.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Experience working in real estate recruitment is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated success in employer branding and candidate engagement.
  • Knowledge of talent acquisition best practices and innovative sourcing techniques.
  • Multilingual skills are a plus.
