Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. A key requirement is proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to streamline and optimize the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Utilize ATS extensively to track applicants, coordinate interviews, and maintain candidate records.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job specifications.
• Actively source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Maintain a healthy talent pipeline for current and future vacancies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and ATS analytics to improve hiring strategies.
• Enhance the candidate experience through effective communication and professional engagement.

Core Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Taleo, Greenhouse, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of current recruitment trends and techniques.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in volume hiring or recruiting for specialized roles.
• Certification in Talent Acquisition or HR functions.
