The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support diverse US-based client needs. This position requires a proactive recruiter with knowledge of multiple industries, an understanding of the US labor market, and the ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced recruitment operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand hiring needs across multiple industries (e.g., medical billing, healthcare, digital marketing, accounts/finance, business development, and virtual assistance).
- Source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
- Screen and assess candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring timely communication and a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of talent to meet urgent staffing requests.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, submission-to-hire ratio, etc.) to optimize processes.
- Represent Progressive Resource Group professionally to enhance our reputation as a premier staffing partner.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, ideally in staffing for US-based clients.
- Familiarity with recruitment for diverse industries, including healthcare and digital marketing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office tools.
