About the Role

This is a senior-level position ideal for a proactive, results-driven recruiter with a strong professional network and a proven track record of hiring for leadership and operational roles. The successful candidate will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our flagship projects in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior, managerial, and operational roles across various departments.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top candidates within the hospitality and F&B sectors.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage the candidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive and engaging journey.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process in collaboration with HR and hiring teams.
• Manage recruitment pipelines and ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates.
• Mentor and guide junior recruiters to drive overall team performance.
• Represent Cinemacity at industry events, job fairs, and networking forums.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on senior/managerial roles
• Experience hiring in the hospitality and F&B industries is a must.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and team management skills
• Good Communication, strong interpersonal and networking abilities
