Job Purpose:

To manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the company attracts, selects, and retains the best talent in alignment with business needs, company values, and UAE labor law.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Sourcing & Recruitment Strategy

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, agencies, and networking.
  • Maintain a talent pipeline for critical and frequently hired positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop accurate job descriptions.

2. Selection & Assessment

  • Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates’ suitability.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and technical tests.
  • Manage candidate communication throughout the selection process.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.

3. Offer & Onboarding Coordination

  • Support HR in offer preparation, negotiation, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with PRO/HR admin for visa processing and joining formalities.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

4. Recruitment Analytics & Reporting

  • Maintain and update recruitment dashboards and monthly hiring reports.
  • Track metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
  • Present insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

5. Employer Branding & Talent Engagement

  • Support employer branding initiatives, including career fairs, social media, and digital campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing or HR communications team to enhance the company’s online presence.
  • Ensure all recruitment materials align with the company’s image and culture.

6. Compliance & Process Management

  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and company recruitment policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and proper documentation of all candidate data.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes for efficiency and fairness.
