🏢 Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Department: Human Resources

Direct Supervisor: HR Manager / Talent Acquisition Manager

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

🎯 Job Purpose:

To attract, source, and recruit top talent that meets the organization’s current and future workforce needs. The Talent Acquisition Specialist ensures that all recruitment activities align with the company’s culture, values, and strategic objectives, while enhancing the employer brand and improving the overall candidate experience.

📋 Key Responsibilities:

  1. Workforce Planning & Job Analysis:
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Prepare and update detailed job descriptions and specifications.
  1. Talent Sourcing:
  • Post job openings on various platforms and recruitment portals.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn, Bahr, Marn, recruitment agencies, and social media).
  • Build and maintain a strong database of qualified candidates for different roles.
  1. Screening & Interviewing:
  • Review and screen resumes to shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Participate in interviews and assess candidates’ technical and behavioral competencies.
  1. Hiring & Offer Management:
  • Prepare employment offers and follow up with selected candidates.
  • Support onboarding activities in coordination with HR operations.
  1. Employer Branding:
  • Contribute to initiatives that enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Represent the company in job fairs, university events, and professional networking activities.
  1. Process Improvement & Reporting:
  • Monitor key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, etc.).
  • Recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and the overall recruitment process.

🧩 Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources , Business Administration, or a related field .
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and modern recruitment tools.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter .
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and communication tools .
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
