Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist


Job Purpose:

To implement effective recruitment strategies that attract top talent and support the company’s growth by identifying and engaging suitable candidates while ensuring a professional and positive hiring experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer acceptance.
  • Proactively source qualified candidates using various recruitment channels.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for key positions.
  • Conduct initial interviews (phone or virtual) and assess core competencies.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and assist in job description development.
  • Create attractive and professional job advertisements for publishing across platforms.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Monitor key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and sourcing effectiveness.
  • Contribute to building and promoting the employer brand across recruitment platforms and social media.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in talent acquisition.
  • Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Ability to evaluate resumes and assess candidate suitability.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
