Job description:

Responsibilities for Sales Hiring:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for sales positions.
  • Collaborate with department heads to develop accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
  • Identify and implement effective sourcing and recruitment strategies for sales roles.
  • Post and advertise vacancies through suitable platforms.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Schedule and conduct interviews with hiring managers.
  • Support the offer process, including salary recommendations and start date coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
  • Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events.
