TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and staffing, deep knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law, and the ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle efficiently. This role is open for immediate joiners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Draft accurate job descriptions and post openings on Indeed and other relevant job portals.
  • Source and attract top talent through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews and assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback.
  • Prepare and extend job offers while ensuring compliance with Bahrain Labour Law.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Build a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Partner with HR and department managers to forecast staffing needs and recruitment strategies.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s image in the talent market.
  • Provide regular recruitment metrics and reports to HR leadership.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist (minimum 2–3 years).
  • Strong understanding of Bahrain Labour Law and work permit processes.
  • Experience with Indeed and other job boards.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Immediate availability to join is required.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience recruiting across various industries.
  • Familiarity with HRIS/ATS systems.
  • Knowledge of talent mapping and market salary benchmarking.
