WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process — from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding coordination — across multiple departments and seniority levels.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, set expectations, and deliver a seamless candidate experience.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and community networks.
- Write compelling, inclusive job descriptions that attract a diverse range of qualified candidates.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, pipeline conversion) to continuously improve hiring outcomes.
- Champion employer branding by representing the company professionally across all candidate touchpoints.
- Support offer negotiations and assist with pre-boarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or a closely related HR role.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with both candidates and hiring managers.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.

COMPENSATION
- Base Salary: Competitive & commensurate with experience.
- Performance Bonus: Monthly or Annual bonus tied to individual & team goals.
