WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process — from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding coordination — across multiple departments and seniority levels.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, set expectations, and deliver a seamless candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and community networks.
  • Write compelling, inclusive job descriptions that attract a diverse range of qualified candidates.
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, pipeline conversion) to continuously improve hiring outcomes.
  • Champion employer branding by representing the company professionally across all candidate touchpoints.
  • Support offer negotiations and assist with pre-boarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or a closely related HR role.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience recruiting for technical, go-to-market, or executive roles..
  • Background in employer branding, or HR operations.

COMPENSATION

  • Base Salary: Competitive & commensurate with experience.
  • Performance Bonus: Monthly or Annual bonus tied to individual & team goals.
  • Exact compensation will be discussed during the interview process based on your experience, skills, and location.
