Job Overview

Arthur Lawrence is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist with hands-on experience in U.S.-based recruitment. This role focuses on full-cycle hiring for IT, Finance, and Administrative positions supporting U.S. clients. The ideal candidate is results-driven, analytical, and motivated by non-conditional, uncapped commission and long-term career growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for U.S.-based roles
• Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, databases, and referrals
• Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates for IT, Finance, and Admin positions
• Communicate effectively with U.S. executive-level candidates
• Conduct structured interviews via phone, email, and virtual platforms
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
• Market qualified candidates to Fortune 500 clients
• Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets
• Collaborate with internal recruitment and account management teams
• Maintain accurate records in ATS and recruitment systems

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of U.S. recruitment experience (mandatory)
• Proven background in Talent Acquisition / U.S. Staffing
• Experience recruiting for IT, Finance, or Administrative roles
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and time-management skills
• Ability to work night shift (CST-aligned hours)
• Career-oriented, competitive, and goal-driven mindset
• O & A Levels background preferred
