Talent Acquisition (Tamheer Program)

Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated graduate to join our HR team as a Talent Acquisition Executive. This role is ideal for someone passionate about people, recruitment, and building a career in HR. You will support the hiring process by sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring applicants have a positive experience throughout. Training and mentorship will be provided.

Responsibilities
  • Support the recruitment process for assigned business areas under supervision.
  • Assist hiring managers by scheduling interviews, reviewing CVs, and coordinating candidate communication.
  • Learn and follow company recruitment policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Keep applicant records updated in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Help source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.
  • Ensure candidates receive timely updates and a positive experience throughout the process.
  • Participate in recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and networking events.
  • Provide general HR support on projects and initiatives when needed.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0-1 years of experience (internships or HR/recruitment exposure preferred, but not mandatory).
  • Passion for working with people and developing skills in recruitment and HR.
